This book, published by C. Houston Price and Bill Hughes in 1996. Among modern day blacksmiths, there is no name better known than that of Bill Moran. Among modern day forged blades, there are none so highly valued as those that have come from his forge during the past half-century. While the description ‘classic” is often used to describe knives made by Moran, it is also befitting the man himself, for William F, Moran is truly classic. This book is signed by both Bill Moran and C. Houston Price. The book is the rare 100 Premier Edition bound with genuine leather. Most of the photos in this book are in color, only the early photos of Bill and his wife are in black and white. This book has 214 pages and is 11 inches by 9 inches. Includes a dust jacket and a red ribbon marker. There is a small tear in the dust jacket, it is in the upper left hand corner. There is also a small fold on page 187, not sure how it got there. It is on the right hand side, and the fold is about 1/2 inches. I have shown this book to several of my friends in the knife club. Most of them thought it was done it printing. This book is in excellent condition.
