In 1982, Remington Arms began a series of knives to be issued annually as reproductions of the famed Remington “Bullet” knives of a half-century before. The knives have been made for Remington by other manufactures, such as Camillus, but are distributed through Remington.
This is a beautiful Remington Bullet Knife. This is a transition knife, on the stainless blade it says: Madison, NC, Remington, Huntsville, AL. This knife has two blade, both are stainless steel. The first blade is a regular short pull and they other is a Spey blade This knife is about 4 1/4 inches long when closed and about 7 3/8 inches long when the main blade is opened. There is no box or paper with this knife. The handles are made of Brown Jigged Bone with nickel silver bolsters. This knife is manufactured and assembled by skilled American craftsman, right here in the U. S. A. This knife is a slip joint, there is no model number or year on this knife The reflections on the blades and bolsters are from my camera, they are not on the knife. Due to the grading system of some recent buyers, I am no longer listing knives as "Mint". This knife comes pretty close though, never used, carried or sharpened.
